Serif Denizeri was a patient, knowledgeable salesman. He knew the product and was courteous and informative. I wanted to buy Honda because of it's reputation and the dealership was within a few minutes driv knew the product and was courteous and informative. I wanted to buy Honda because of it's reputation and the dealership was within a few minutes drive from my house. We took a year to make the dcision and Mr. Denizeri was just as pleasant after a year as he had been the first day. I can tell you that we looked at other cars at other dealerships. I was surprised by the lack of product knowledge, lack of cortesy and an inability to LISTEN to the customer at other places. If Mr. Denizeri decided to move to Toyota or Buick we would follow him there. I feel there was a disconnect between the saleman and the finace person, in that i think I ended up paying more than we had originally agreed upon, but aas for the sales part, we are more than satisfied. My sales person was Seref Denizeri and he could not have been better. My car needed one slight body repair and he had it taken care of right away and also followed up with me to see how I was enjoying my H been better. I was on vacation in Naples and was having trouble with a road noise in my Honda Accord. I wanted it checked out before driving back to Boston. We road tested the car with their mechanic and decided new tires were in order. The work was scheduled for that day and I was given a 2009 loaner to use. ( I paid for gas used). everything was handled without problems. They called in the afternoon when work was done. I was pleased at result, car rides great. More

Trying to deal with this Honda dealer was a horrible experience. We agreed to a deal on a new car, but when the financing numbers came back, they had added my current car loan payoff back in, when it w experience. We agreed to a deal on a new car, but when the financing numbers came back, they had added my current car loan payoff back in, when it was already addressed during the deal. In addition, they added substantial additional $$$$ into the payments, over and above the sales tax, licanse fees, security and interest. When we questioned the figures, the salesperson became very angry with us so we left without success. The sales person complained that we had wasted two hours of their time. We would rate them at ZERO if this site had allowed such a rating. More
