So starting with the receptionist at the front door, I believe her name was Joanna on Saturday, and then on Monday Jamie Lynn very inviting courteous all the way around. Then our salesman, Osvaldo Salazar, a.k.a. Ozzy a top notch salesman from beginning to end. And from Saturday to Monday, three cars were purchased with Ozzy! He is very attentive, very courteous explains everything and what’s happening and going on. Taking us for test drives explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle. He also has a very infectious smile and laugh that the customers I’m sure all adore. And our finance manager, Anthony Leli also top-notch in the entire process for purchasing the cars. From the trade-ins to the additional options that are available, additional amenities that are also available for the cars. The process is made very, very easy. I was there without my spouse at the time, but my spouse was home. Had access to email to be able to sign and do everything from home. Have been to other dealerships, Port, Charlotte , Venice and Sarasota. No Honda dealership compares to Germain Honda.
