I called Germain Honda on Aptil 22 to gey my oil and filter changed and tire rotation as I was offered free maintence for the CRV first the first yeat last July. I talked to a service m,an and told him I ad five thousand five hundred miles on a 2025 Hond was there any problem.They mad the appointment for April23, at one pm. They new my millage. I was sent to the order writter and he looked up on my auto and said the persentage on the oil was to high and they would charge me for the service . In asked when I made the appoint the day before and asked any problem with the time or millage why they did not tell me just i was covered for the servce on a 3025 Honda CRV.. I was asked to return at a later date. Iwould like to know why it was not explained to me what Honda requirements were at the rime I told the service person it was than a year old. I bought the Honda in Massachusetts and was here for the Winter. I drove one hour to Gernain and one hour back and was very ups`et with the wrong treatment.
