My car battery died over the weekend, and I expected a long wait, but I was taken immediately, and Landon Bates informed me the dealership had no Honda Batteries but only NAPPA batteries, but they still h long wait, but I was taken immediately, and Landon Bates informed me the dealership had no Honda Batteries but only NAPPA batteries, but they still had a 3 year or 36,000-mile guarantee. He showed me to the waiting room and said he would keep me informed and he did. When the car was ready, he explained that the car had also had a Mult-Point inspection and he reviewed it with me and then escorted me to the cashier. Landon was very courteous and professional throughout the experience. More
