I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Saturday with no appointment and was able to get right in. Josue Quintinilla was my service writer. Josue took a few minutes writing up the service a Saturday with no appointment and was able to get right in. Josue Quintinilla was my service writer. Josue took a few minutes writing up the service and said it should be about 45 - 1 hour My vehicle was completed in 45 minute's. Josue was very thorough in explaining everything on the report and what i should be looking for down the road to replace. The experience was pleasant and professional.. More

Took our 2020 Honda Insight in for a slow leak in the RR tire. Dave Doden our Service Advisor took me in on a Monday at 0805. Quickly into the tire service ran by Romeo Perez. A great team. Found a nail in tire. Dave Doden our Service Advisor took me in on a Monday at 0805. Quickly into the tire service ran by Romeo Perez. A great team. Found a nail in the sidewall that couldn’t be repaired. Rescheduled a new 4 tire installation and alignment. Same Michelin Energy Star tires. Got in and out as promised. Dave Doden is a wonderful Service Advisor. Always pleasant and helpful to resolve a problem or with our regular services. He is my go to on any service items I need. Thanks so much David Doden. More
