I recently moved to Fort Meyers from IL and I'm used to a high level of customer service from my local dealership in Illinois. I've been to two of my nearest Honda Dealerships and nothing compares to Germain high level of customer service from my local dealership in Illinois. I've been to two of my nearest Honda Dealerships and nothing compares to Germain Honda of Naples. From the time you pull in into the service department and are greeted by the porters and through the whole process the quality of service can be rated excellent. My service advisor David Doden did an excellent job explaining what was done to the vehicle. We have 5 Honda vehicles in my family and from now on we will drive to Germain Honda of Naples for service. More

I was very pleased with the service and Cameron Goudreau, the Service Advisor. He kept me informed of the work being done on my Honda Civic. The clients waiting room was large and bright with comfortable seating. Due to finding a nail in one of the tires, I had to return several days later to have it removed. My previous service rep moved and I was a bit concerned about a smooth transition to a new service advisor. I picked Jeanne Smith and she was excellent. I had an appointment and she took me in right on tim about a smooth transition to a new service advisor. I picked Jeanne Smith and she was excellent. I had an appointment and she took me in right on time, we went over what service needed to be done and she said it would be around a 90 minute wait. At about 75 minutes Jeanne came to the wait area explained what they did and that they are finishing up. I paid my reasonable bill and I was done and Jeanne made it a very easy process, Thank you!
