We are sorry to hear you are having issues with your CR-V. It appears that your Honda is experiencing some electrical issues. Although Honda arguably makes the best car in the world, as they age certain items will wear and show signs of age. Although performing simple maintenance does not affect the items you described below, we are always open-minded and transparent. In the unlikely event that our presence in your Honda affected the performance of the systems you are having issues with, we would certainly take responsibility for any repairs that we may have had a part in. As you know, Hondas are very dependable and their maintenance is very important to keeping them trouble-free. We have developed a service plan that has successfully kept our guest’s Hondas in top condition considering our extreme climate conditions. Since our explanation wasn’t clear, please reach out to our service manager Claude Babineau at 239-643-4044, he would be happy to assist you in showing you the value and importance of these services.
