Not only was he patient and thoughtful, he really went out of his way to walk through every step of the process and went the extra mile when it came to checking in on my car. He called me directly to let me know the update on my car within a few hours and assured me my car had a clean bill of health. He even got my wife’s Prius into the Service Department without an appointment to find out the cause of the terrible smell in her car. It turned out that rats got into her car. His Team took care of the problem and also did excellent work on our Honda Ridgeline. David explained the work to be done and the cost to do it. He also gave us an excellent tip to avoid rats in our cars in the future. We were completely satisfied with our Service experience. We will be like my term customers. More
