I called Colin Mceuen prior to my visit to discuss my requirements for a used car. Colin listened to my requests and had 3 cars ready for me to drive when I arrived at the dealership. Colin was very knowledgeable about the cars he presented to me and stayed within my budget. Colin HEARD my reasons for the type of car I needed. I did buy a used Honda CR-V and drove away with an amazing feeling that the car I purchased car that was the right fit for my wants and needs. My car buying experience was so MUCH better than I ever could of imagined. More

would NOT recommend buying from this SHADY DEALER, I found a used accord I wanted to trade my civic in for and it showed listed for $18K on their website. I inquired and set up a test drive for the foll found a used accord I wanted to trade my civic in for and it showed listed for $18K on their website. I inquired and set up a test drive for the following day. When I showed up at agreed time, it was ready for me to drive but 1st thing I saw was the price tag at $19K and I figured that was lot price and the $18K was internet price as I've seen some dealers practice. No, I was told it changed overnight and went up $1K, then I see it has tons of rust in places it shouldn't be, tells me it was either in a flood or some extreme weather events for this to occur. They then showed me another used accord for $19K which was a great car but when they presented the deal, they were offering me almost $1K under bluebook for my trade and then trying to add some security package at almost $1K. When I asked about it, I was told that was window etching on all the NEW cars. I said but this is used so you're charging 2x? Oh no, Tracy said I meant to say new & used. We also had a friend purchase a used car there and had shady dealings with Tracy & Alex. We have had struggles with the service department as well that is addressed in a separate review. I hate saying this, but I would NOT recommend purchasing your new or used car from this dealer and I can't even recommend the service dept since it took getting a second opinion from another Honda dealer to get my issue fixed. David the service manager is still working with me on this, and I appreciate his willingness to help considering I paid for several repairs that didn't fix the issue. So much more I could say that has happened over 3 months of trying to get my car repaired correctly, but I don't enjoy slamming them, just want others to beware, shop around, don't settle, and most importantly, better test drive same day you inquire, or you risk a huge price jump. I feel if you schedule a test drive, the original price should be honored. You lost any of my future business and when folks ask what I think about Germain Honda, I'll have to say " unfortunately, I have nothing nice to say " about them, but would advise to avoid them or simply use them as a tool for comparison with reputable dealers. Don't take my word, look at the other 1-star reviews. They would probably be 0 stars if that was an option. More
Since I can't seem to change my last review of 1 star and customer service complaint, I'll write an update review. David McKee got involved after my negative review and has been working with me on the issue. David and his team have been trying to diagnose the AC problem but unfortunately the issue still exists. I will be bringing car back so they can contact Honda for further advisement on the AC issue. This new 5 star review is based off of their excellent customer service response regarding my AC issue , going above and beyond to assist me and hopefully will find a solution to the issue. Levi service writer & Martin shop foreman have also been great to work with on this issue. I would recommend this dealer due to their show of caring for their customer. I have confidence they will find the issue and will be resolved eventually. Hopefully the other 1 star reviews can be helped so we can get this dealer back to 5 stars. I will follow up with another review once my issues have been resolved. More
