Our prices can fluctuate frequently based on market conditions, and it appears you opted to look at a different, more expensive Accord when you arrived. The optional theft protection package was offered to enhance your vehicle's security, and I apologize if this was not communicated clearly the first time. Regarding your trade-in, in April, you requested and were provided an instant offer through a digital appraisal tool. In May, upon appraisal by our team, we increased the offer; however, we understand this did not meet your expectations, and we're sorry for any disappointment. We are actively working on addressing your service concerns and will follow up with David to ensure your AC repairs are addressed. I chose to look at the 2017 accord SE because the 2017 accord LE was marked up to the same price as the SE accord and the LE had tons of rust in places rust should not be and the motor case is pitted which tells me someone was sandblasting rust or debris off the motor case or there was some kind of chemical that caused the pitting or both. This is not normal and the fact you raised the price overnight is shady. Then I'm told later, Tracy can remove the security etching charge, why would you be willing to do that ? Because it was a bogus charge to begin with! Tracy stumbled on her own words , saying for new cars and then backtracking, oh I meant new & used... whatever! Do you know when a dealer sales person is lying? When they open their mouth! The offer was less that the 1st time for my trade and below blue book. And as far as my AC , they did something during the motor mount replacement because is was super cold before and now it's just cool , not cold. Funny how when I picked up the car, the AC was completely off, that has never been the case the previous times I picked it up. I feel like a lot of finger pointing in this place, nobody wants to own their mistakes or lies. I don't want your goons touching my car as I completely lost trust after all the failures , however I want to take to Earnhardt , have them diagnose the issue, repair and send you the bill. Nobody has contacted me on this at all and it's been almost a week. I'll be filing complaint with BBB and Honda corporate if I don't hear anything by end of day today!

I hear this same start to each message reply, almost like it's computer generated! No heart or soul in this place! Just lies, smoke & mirrors along with disingenuous comments, reply's or rebuts to customers complaints. Still waiting for the AC response!

Mar 28, 2024 Jamesroberson Since I can't seem to change my last review of 1 star and customer service complaint, I'll write an update review. David McKee got involved after my negative review and has been working with me on the issue. David and his team have been trying to diagnose the AC problem but unfortunately the issue still exists. I will be bringing car back so they can contact Honda for further advisement on the AC issue. This new 5 star review is based off of their excellent customer service response regarding my AC issue , going above and beyond to assist me and hopefully will find a solution to the issue. Levi service writer & Martin shop foreman have also been great to work with on this issue. I would recommend this dealer due to their show of caring for their customer. I have confidence they will find the issue and will be resolved eventually. Hopefully the other 1 star reviews can be helped so we can get this dealer back to 5 stars. I will follow up with another review once my issues have been resolved. Found the email for review edit. copy and paste from new review.

$500+ later and still not fixed. Not happy at all especially when I was lied to and told it was fixed when it was not. So much for taking it to the experts…. Then I’m told to reach out to Levi and Dave yesterday which I did and got no response. Waited until mid day today to reach out again and I’m still waiting for resolution on this issue. I was told Levi is on vacation and Dave will get with Marty. Not sure why that wasn’t a priority yesterday? I’m a very frustrated customer and very sad that I can’t count on Honda and its dealer experts to fix an issue that started after an AC repair last summer. Not to mention the other items missed, forgotten , no QA. Not sure I have confidence in the dealer any longer unless they make it right. More reviews to follow, will update as I know more.
