On Aug 6th I brought our 2025 Pilot in for its first oil change, which was completed along with a tire rotation. A few days later the later the Maintenance A light appeared oh our screen. After investigating we found it indicated a need for an oil change, which was a surprise since we just had that completed. If would seem that the technician failed to reset our indicator back to a completed situation. My past experience with car dealerships is that they always reset the display after completing maintenance. I would hope this is a normal procedure with your dealership as well. More

The service advisor, Robert Silos took my call and was a "breath of fresh air". As much as I dreaded taking my car in, he actually put me in a better mood.
