My Honda accord 2019 car was called in for a recall from Honda. I booked an appointment and arrived on time. When waiting in the car the associates helped 2 people behind me first because they got out of th Honda. I booked an appointment and arrived on time. When waiting in the car the associates helped 2 people behind me first because they got out of their cars and complained when only waiting 5 minutes. 20 minutes went by and when I asked for help the gentleman told me go in and get help. I walked in waited then finally was acknowledged. I dropped off at 12 and when they were getting ready to close I called to see what was going on, they stated oh your car has been done and I finally went to go get my car. The service is horrible stay away unless you have to go in. More

I had work done to address emissions issues that I thought was gonna cost me, but Germain backed up previous work and replaced my plugs and took care of everything - no charge. The service rep always seems to make excuses and not take my concerns seriously. Latest example: my car alarm never beeped until I took the car in for service. I LIKED it that way. The horn is annoying. NOW, my concerns seriously. Latest example: my car alarm never beeped until I took the car in for service. I LIKED it that way. The horn is annoying. NOW, it beeps at random times, like sometimes when I turn off the ignition or put the car in park. I asked the rep to put it back the way it was. All I got was excuses: the service they did wouldn't have affected the alarm at all; there's no way the alarm is beeping when I turn off the ignition; it's not their fault, it's not their problem. So he won't take responsibility, dismisses my concerns, and even tells me the car isn't doing what I HEAR it doing! What my entire family hears it doing. He dodges or doesn't really answer my questions. Gives me pat answers that are non-answers. I ask specific questions and expect to be answered like a grown up, not given platitudes. Dealerships already have a bad reputation of ripping people off. Tactics like this reinforce that stereotype and make me concerned that I'm getting ripped off. It REALLY makes me hate the dealership and distrust the service staff. I feel like I have to send my husband in to get repairs done, because I get dismissed. What is this, 1960?
