While visiting family in Columbus, visiting from Georgia, my 2016 Kia Sedona had power/battery failure. AAA originally diagnosed it as battery was fine (it was a AAA battery), but there was possibly a short my 2016 Kia Sedona had power/battery failure. AAA originally diagnosed it as battery was fine (it was a AAA battery), but there was possibly a short somewhere. After getting the car jumped we returned to the house. Next morning, car was dead. Of course I had nothing scheduled, but called the dealership to see if I could get help. This was on Friday morning. Spoke to Nate, who was very courteous, but relayed they were backed up and may not get it looked at until the middle of next week. Long story short, I had the van towed to Germain that morning, and hoped for the best. Nate, who was my Service Advisor, called to confirm that they had the car and would do what they could. Well, he calls me at 3pm, tells me he was able to get it looked at and it was a bad battery. (provided the test information to potentially get resolution from AAA) They had one and would put it in. Calls back at 3:30pm that everything was installed, tested and ready to go. I went from dead in the water to up and running in less than 6 hours. My experience was that Nate Burton took personal ownership of going above and beyond to deliver unparalleled service! Nate, you saved me and I am so grateful. You represented Germain in the best way possible and you reinstated my faith that some people are willing to go the extra mile. Thanks again. More

I have been going to Kia Motors since I purchased my car about 3 years ago. They front desk receptionist is the most personable lady I have every met. She is very kind,helpful & such a sweetheart. I have always had a great experience everytime I have gone in for service for my car or just questions about my car in general.
