Along with this correction, they were both friendly, patient and understanding of my situation. I admit, the issue at hand felt "like a slap in my face", but they made sure everything was set "right" and kept me updated throughout the process - which I appreciate. I do believe they truly wanted to make things right with me and this purchase. I also believe they genuinely cared about my welfare. The genuine "care" goes well beyond service, price and quality - this speaks highly of their staff and environment. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful enough - they go out of their way to make everything as stress-free as possible.
