On this particular purchase, there was a mistake made on my trade-in, however - both the salesman (Tim H.) and manager (Luke B.) went beyond their scope of responsibilities to make sure an error was corrected and assessed my concerns, accordingly. Along with this correction, they were both friendly, patient and understanding of my situation. I admit, the issue at hand felt "like a slap in my face", but they made sure everything was set "right" and kept me updated throughout the process - which I appreciate. I do believe they truly wanted to make things right with me and this purchase. I also believe they genuinely cared about my welfare. The genuine "care" goes well beyond service, price and quality - this speaks highly of their staff and environment. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful enough - they go out of their way to make everything as stress-free as possible. Exceptional Customer Service Nov. 3rd 2015 I had gone to Ricart Really not thinking that I was going to get a new car I thought a really good used reliable car would be sufficient Nov. 3rd 2015 I had gone to Ricart Really not thinking that I was going to get a new car I thought a really good used reliable car would be sufficient .. well after being shot down for a new car they sent me to the used car side where they said that the only thing that they could put me in was a a car that already had over 100,000 miles on it . Where is the reliability in that .. The next day Nov. 4th, 2015 I went to Hatfield Kia Where I was Greeted promptly with a a friendly Disposition and a smile by Emmanuel Leath . Going in like previously I was again assuming I wasn't getting in anything newer and I was wrong. I was put in a 2013 Kia Soul with 27,000 miles on it ... Now that's reliable to go anywhere I want to ..MY Loan Associate Timothy Moore worked really hard to get my percentage rate down and get a monthly Payment that I could afford . Whats Funny is my Friend Jim bought a 2016 Kia Soul the next day from the same place, because he liked mine so well . Thanks Timothy and everyone involved with the sale of my new car ..
