Very pleasantly surprized! I just leased my Kia Soul a couple of weeks ago. I had not really considered any Kia. I just stopped in because I was next door looking at a Toyota and had not found what I wanted. I was quickly greeted by a man who listened to what I said I wanted, H e said lets look at a Soul. I drove it. I loved it. Every one was very helpful. The whole process went very smoothly, and did not take too long. I am looking forward to seeing how good they are in the service department. I can see no reason why they won't be. More

She gave me her direct extension and explained everything to me more than once because I was so upset that I couldn't process what she said the first time. She represented your company VERY WELL an made me feel better and confident working with you. She even called the next day to check on me because my car ended up not needing to be towed there. She was one of the only bright spots in my day and a true blessing. More
