I dreaded the entire experience due to all my past car purchasing experiences I contacted Hatfield Kia to see if I could qualify for a nice vehicle. I dreaded the entire experience due to all my past car purchasing experiences at other dealerships (spending my entire day picking out vehicles, test driving, only to be told I couldn't afford the ones I liked most). I told Emmanuel which cars I liked on the website and they ran numbers to see how much my payments would be. I narrowed my top pics down to two vehicles. When I arrived later that evening to test drive the two vehicles I liked most, I was very pleasantly surprised to arrive to cars that were heated up (December is not warm by any means), pulled up to the front so I didn't have to walk the entire lot to get to it, and ready to go! This was the most positive vehicle purchase I've ever experienced! Got online to look at vehicles. Called. Emmanuel and his team did all the work to make it happen for me! I drove off the lot and was a proud owner of a newer vehicle that was very affordable! Everyone was pleasant, caring, honest, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and got the job done! After buying from Hatfield Kia and working with Emmanuel, I can honestly say I very much look forward to my next vehicle purchase with Hatfield Kia! I would highly recommend the vehicle purchasing experience that is provided at this dealership. As car dealerships go, Hatfield Kia is one of the more cut and dry ones. Not much wiggle room for negotiation and prices may or may not beat the next guys. He introduces himself as a nice old man and that's just what he is. He is straightforward, honest, and not just into sales. Before making a final decision I changed my mind several times, walked away from deals several times, and even made David come to work on his off day without closing the deal. He still smiled and remained helpful and kind. David is not just another typical sales person, Of course he wants to close the deal but he puts people first. David is recovering from a stroke but he doesn't let that slow him down. I wish there were more people in sales like him. Go see David, you won't be disappointed! More

It had major problem right from the start and it took 3 times for everything even my worst enemy!! I purchased a vehicle there a year and a half ago. It had major problem right from the start and it took 3 times for everything to get fixed. Then a family member went there six months later and bought a vehicle. They have put as much in repairs into it as what they paid for it, right after they bought it! Today I went to trade the vehicle in and I was shocked. It has to do with the carfax report. The one I was given when I bought it showed everything was good and was only two pages long. The one the dealership pulled today was the real report and was five pages long. It showed that my vehicle had sustained fire damage prior to my buying it. Fire damage! Thanks one xxxx of a lot Hatfield, I never would have purchased it if I had known the truth. I am troubled that my people have purchased vehicles and are not aware of the entire carfax report. I will never again recommend Hatfield, in fact I will be telling everyone about this. I am contacting my attorney in regards to this matter. More
purchased a used car [2001 vw new beetle] from sister lot hatfield kia next door to hatfield vw but car was on vw lot. I purchased along with that car extra warranty on engine/transmission due to cars mileage/age. a few weeks after having this car I started to notice many issues with this vehicle which included : flat spare tire that I replaced, center console missing cup holders, broken arm rest between front seats, windshield wiper fluid motor broken and bought a new one which is when I found that the inner fender liner was missing, missing rear window/seat platform, interior lights on ceiling don't work, and missing owners manuals for the vehicle. this car was never gone over or even looked at by anyone at your lot, wasn't fit to be on the used car lot in that condition[ should have been auction car] and even though it said as is condition theres also a law here in the united states including ohio that states a dealership should never put out on there lot any vehicle not road worthy which is an unwritten warranty for every vehicle on the lot. [ as far as the extra warranty I paid for...its the worst,cheapest, and lack luster company ive ever dealt with [ easy care warranty company the worst], lots of small print in there contracts which adds up to them choosing the cheapest parts, cheapest companies to buy from to fix cars with. it adds up to giving the dealerships a loop hole to get out of anything. that's why I wanted you to know that I would never buy another vehicle from your organization [new/used]. after first transmission was sent to you and installed ,it failed the test drive. second transmission was installed and broke down on me 5 miles away from your shop at 930pm which your closed by then [ which leads me to believe it couldn't have been test driven very far], so I waited 45 minutes for a tow truck and had it towed back to your lot. it then took me 30minutes plus 80.00 fare to get home 11;30pm. three weeks later I finally got my car back, im not going to use it very much since now I don't trust it. will pay it off as soon as possible then look online for bbb for Columbus car dealers with good business ethics and reputations for treating customers with honesty. im turning my story into the bbb, ftc, and ohio attorney generals office. they may not be able to do anything for me, but at least it will be on file in case someone else gets hosed like I did. [ the only bright spots in the whole mess was Ben Catalongna who handled my cars case and did an excellent job,] my over all rating for buying a used car from your Hatfield organization with extended warranty...."pess poor". john m. My car died on my way to work, I had to find a car that would fit my budget Today. I test drove 4 cars. They were great as I really did not like or want 2 of the cars. The worked hard to get me the financing so I could drive a new/used car that night. They listen to me and my father and we got a great deal. If anyone reads this I would recomend at least checking these folks out. The will work with you to find a automobile that you feel comfortable in and can afford. They do not apply pressure in any way. I have bought 4 cars from them now, and will do so again. So just stop by and talk to the folks you might be surprized. Vicki More
Hatfield Kia 1455 Auto Mall Dr, Columbus, OH 43228 Hatfield Kia 1455 Auto Mall Dr, Columbus, OH 43228 Michele Nieves For over a month I was talking to different car dealers.Everyone told me come in Hatfield Kia 1455 Auto Mall Dr, Columbus, OH 43228 Michele Nieves For over a month I was talking to different car dealers.Everyone told me come in for a test drive.First of all,having a 10yo minivan to compare the drive to,anything new will be better.When I looked into a Kia online,I almost immediately got a call back from Susan Fisher.Out of all the calls I received in the last month,she was the 1st I did not get immediate anxiety & a need to get off the phone.I felt like I was talking to a friend.She asked me what i wanted.I told her how much I wanted to pay($200 a month),I know,ridiculous.But she was able to get me more than what I asked for,FOR MY PRICE!!I was approved for one of the more expensive Kias within 30 minutes.The color I wanted too.I went after work,very close to closing time.20 minutes to sign off on everything we discussed on the phone while she filled up my whole tank of gas.Then she stayed with me for an hour after closing to show me every button,how they worked,set up my bluetooth & answered ALL my questions.Not once did I feel pressured,stressed,confused or unsure.Thank you Hatfield Kia AND Susan Fisher for my great experience.Michele. :) More
