After being told by Toyota West the Mercury Mariner I wanted had been sold, I found it at their neighbors lot. I contacted Hatfield Kia and Emmanuel was WONDERFUL to work with. I was thrilled that the vehicle of course had not been sold as I had been looking for one for over two months. He did not attempt to pressurize me into a sale (which I dearly hate) but took the time to answer or find out the answers to my questions.
