I've recently purchased a used vehicle, that we love! We thought that seemed logical and proceeded with the sale. After driving an hour home, the smell continued... 3 days later still continued only getting worse and smoking from the pipes underneath the motor. We brought the vehicle back to servivce to have a wheel bearing replaced as was agreed upon purchase and to also have the oil problem fixed, whatever that may be. Our vehicle is still there after 3 days of only the wheel bearing being fixed and several lies about the other problem! We thought we were satisfied when we recieved a phone call stating the bearing was fixed and that the oil pan gasket needed replaced along with the thermostat. I called later on that day (5 hours later) was told that the technician was having a hard time getting the bearing reparied and should be done soon, and that they would call when I could come pick it up. He said nothing about t he 2 other issues my husband had been previously informed of. I of-course questioned this, as 5 hours ago my husband was told something different. The man I spoke to looked at the order while I was on the phone confirmed the other two orders and said those would be getting done as well. When my husband stopped by the service department after work he was handed the keys and said the bearing was replaced and that die had been put into motor to see if/where the leak was.... Again totally different from previous conversations! Bottom line is, we KNOW there is a leak, you can see it you can smell it! We live an hour away from your dealership and feel what we are going through is absolutely ridiculous! As our car still sits at the shop, we can only hope our vehicle is fixed as promised and hope to have no future problems. This has probably turned us away from ever purchasing a car at your dealership again. I woul like to mention, and give a huge thanks the Ron, the man who sold us the Lincoln Aviator. He was great! All our problems began after the sale was final. More

We weren't able to go right away because the dealership is 3 hours away. Craig contacted us each day to keep us updated. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our new car. I ended up buying a Soul and leasing a Rio. The establishment itself was really dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was foul! Many of the agents "standing around" were unsavory characters that supported the stereotypical car salesman perception. I feel the guy who writes the deals and juggles the pricing was more than fair on our two trades. He also was able to find options that fit my bottow line and didn't really try to milk me for more than I could afford. The "closer" made a fast job of finallizing the documents but he was kind of put out that I would not buy the extra warranty More

Everything went very smoothly and my husband and I are pleased with the car. The only thing that could have gone better was the process to sign the paperwork. We drove from Cincinnati to this dealership and Craig knew when we were coming. Everything was ready for us, except that there was only 1 person working in the Finance department. We were not financing the car, yet we had to wait 2 hours to sign the paperwork and give Jay our check. We waited 2 hours for a less than 10 minute process. What a waste of a day. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and nice. I would have thought the on the last weekend of the month there would have been more help in the Finance department. More

The day we went looking for cars kia souls were flying off the lot. We went to 3 other kia dealerships before finally going to hatfield. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had an appointment with Craig and even though he was really busy he made sure that we were taken care of. He had someone show us the vehicles available. We test drove the soul and were really impressed. My boyfriend was ready to buy but I wanted to test dry a couple of other vehicles before settling on the soul. We test drove base models of several dealerships and we ended comming back because because the base models for the other brands did not have the great features that the soul plus had and the price was great. We did end up getting a top of the line kia soul because we wanted the rear camera and nicer the tires plus the interiors were really nice. we did also testdrive a kia Rio which was really cute and sporty. But we wanted the kia soul. Craig was really helpful and friendly. He made the process go really smooth for us. We really appreciated that he was honest and fair. Ryan Belcher the GM and Phil Ennis were extremely helpful with getting us the vehicle. It was long day but we were glad that we got this car. Its an awsome car to drive. We are enjoying all the features. Everyone at work has complimented me on how nice the car is. It really is a unique car. More

She was very accommodating to my requests, even finding a less common option package for me to test drive, then the exact option/color combo I wanted to buy. Our negotiations were open and more than fair. I got a fabulous car at an astounding price. Courtesy, honesty, service. I found these in abundance with Susan and Hatfield Kia. She gave me a greater appreciation for how buying a car should be. A brief follow up service question/inspection with Jeremy Rodock was punctual and thorough. I've never had a better experience when buying a car. I am not easy to satisfy, but Hatfield exceeded expectations. 10s across the board. More
I am from Athens Ohio I drove up to columbus leaving work early twice to look at vehicles at this particular dealer. I bought a 99 Lexus there. After driving it 50 mins to Athens the check engine light came on. We then drove it back up two days later for them to tell me there is nothing they can do. A vehicle can't be returned understandable. Yet I only drove it from there lot to Athens. They tool a look at it an compared it to the list of repairs my local shop had wrote up. They said they would fix it if I paid 200 more dollars after just buying the xxxx thing. Now just getting it back on Sunday the light came back on. I am done shopping with any Kia dealer. Don't go here More
This dealership was very very pushy. At first, Dustin was nice and filled up a car to test drive, but when we sat down to talk price, he was very pushy. Would sit and stare expecting me to just take the deal right then and there. They did not want us to discuss anything because all they wanted was an impulse sale. When mentioning another vehicle i was interested in, he bashed the car saying it was far inferior to the Kia. Never have I ever gone to a dealership and have them flat out say bad things about another car. Tp find out, the car i was interested in and later purchased, is an IIHS Top Safety Pick. Dustin and his customer experience really blew this sale for me!! I seriously contemplating purchasing here until i realized how unhelpful and impersonable this dealership was. More
