I believe ALL of their employees have had EXTENSIVE training in customer service. I initially visited Germain's of Easton, even though it wasn't as close to me as their Dublin dealership, because my sister had previously purchased an RX300 (and recently purchased a new RX350 as well)and wasn't as close to me as their Dublin dealership, because my sister had previously purchased an RX300 (and recently purchased a new RX350 as well)and she was very pleased with the dealership's service, and of course, the Lexus itself. From that first meeting with Justin Bay almost three years ago, my wife and I felt very comfortable with both he and the top quality facility that they have there. We have now purchased our second Lexus from Justin (GX460) and continue to feel very confident in the dealership. Everyone there has made us feel like any questions or concerns we have are very important to them. We had some issues with our RX350 and Service Manager Milt Erb was extremely dedicated to solving our concerns.
