I actually had a fun experience buying my Lexus... I had always wanted one but really did not think I was in the financial place to get one yet. Instead of making me feel "unworthy" to be there, Aso found always wanted one but really did not think I was in the financial place to get one yet. Instead of making me feel "unworthy" to be there, Aso found a car for me and he and Ted worked with me until the deal met my needs and on my time line. I love my car, get compliments on it all the time, and brag about how great Aso was to work with. Most people think it is brand new even though it is a 2004... I am so glad to have worked with Aso and enjoyed my experience finalizing everything with Ted as well. They have almost become "friends" who check in with me regularly to see how I am doing, recognize me when I see them out, and know who I am when I call with questions, etc. Thanks for making car buying the opposite of what most people fear it to be.... Aso & Ted are GREAT! I will buy my next Lexus from them when I am ready for a NEW one! More

Caleb was very helpful. We had a Mercedes Benz we wanted to trade-in, but we were not sure what we wanted to buy. Caleb was very friendly and very helpful with reviewing the Lexus used car inventory on-lin to trade-in, but we were not sure what we wanted to buy. We basically picked out very similar cars and ended up purchasing a very nice 2009 Lincoln. Caleb spent additional time after the sale to go over the options the car had with us and to help us sync our phone to the car. I highly recommend the friendly, low pressure service that we received from both the Lexus Used Car Dealership as well as Caleb the salesman that we worked directly with. We bought a 2004 Murano about 3 years ago and I am still talking about the wonderful experience we had purchasing this car!
