The technology in the GS 350 that I bought from him was a little intimidating for me but he explained in great detail that it was easy to learn and he had real patience explaining the many functions of the car. This has been the best process I have experienced while buying a car, Preston communicated the necessary information which allowed me to make a informed decision. When I arrived from Mississippi the vehicle was exactly as he described and we were able to complete the process efficiently. I sincerely appreciated this process because of Preston's personality, his communication skills are second to none and he clearly has a tremendous ability to relate to people. He clearly enjoys what he does and his scope of knowledge about the features of the vehicle and Germain Lexus unique standing as a certified Lexus dealership (one of the top four in the country) made his presentation more than just the usual sales pitch from a car salesperson just interested in his/her commission. After test driving 4 vehicles my wife settled on a 2013 Lexus RX 350 with very low miles and a 3 year/100000 mile warranty for an amazing price.
