Amazing customer service! All I have to say is WOW! My husband was in an accident and the insurance company totaled our car. After a long day of looking at other dealerships an All I have to say is WOW! My husband was in an accident and the insurance company totaled our car. After a long day of looking at other dealerships and not finding what I was looking for in my price range, I drove by Germain Lexus at Easton and decided I would see what they had available. I was immediately greeted at the door by Melvin who found me a car in my price range within minutes! Since the car was not on the lot yet because they were still inspecting it (it was a trade in), I was not able to see or test drive the car that day. After letting Melvin and Ted know that the only day my husband and I had off to see the car was Sunday, they offered ( I didn't even ask) to come in on Sunday (when they are closed), so my husband and I could see the car. Above and beyond! Needless to say we purchased the car. I have never experienced customer service as great as this! Melvin and Ted were a pleasure to work with and they have gained lifelong customers from myself and my husband. Thank you for such a great experience!! If we could give you ten stars we would! More

We were able to agree on a price that we all felt comfortable with (thank you Shane Kitts!), and they went out of their way to fix a few minor problems with the van to make us completely satisfied. On the day of the purchase, we dealt with many people including financing and insurance options. Walter Kuriger assisted us with insurance options, and he was able to save us some money by switching to AllState. We never felt rushed or pressured and everyone was extremely kind. Melvin Jiles seems as though he is ALWAYS available. No matter what day or time we called or came to the dealership, he was there to help. He kept us updated through contacting us by phone, and even brought things I needed out to the car for me so I didn't have to get the kids out! This continuity of service was especially helpful. Alena proved to be one of the most knowledgeable and pleasant people I have ever dealt with. She spent a great deal of tine and was was most patient in explaining the many options of the vehicle. I decided to lease a 2015 RX 350 and on a whim called Jay. 3 hours later I was driving away! But Jay and Alena's after sale follow up is the key to their success. Jay had me come back for an extra buff and to spend time with Alena learning how to use my new car! Alena was very patient with me and kept the explanations simple and to the point. If I need further help with ANYTHING about my car, I feel comfortable calling either of them. What a treat to LOVE your car guys!!! More
