We just bouught a new Prius from Norman Oribello. When we went in we explained to Norman what our situation was, and he heard what we were saying. I have gone to Germain Toyota several times to get my car serviced. I am a very busy and usually carry my laptop with me. We were looking for an old reliable car with low miles, in good condition (good on gas) for a nephew to get back and forth to work. We found one on the internet at Germain Toyota. We sent emails late one evening to a couple of dealerships and Greg Neutzling called the next morning. We went over to Columbus and bought the car. Greg has been great about making everything right. There were a couple of issues. One window did not work and the dome light did not work. Greg had those issues corrected in the cost of the car. He communicated with us regularly about the status of the repairs. He was courteous and responsive in getting the repairs taken care of. He followed up with a phone call after we brought the car home. More

Our sales consultant anwered an e-mail inquiry about the minivan we were interested in first thing in the morning--he was on top of it. We had decided to go into the dealership, so stopped him mid-sentence minivan we were interested in first thing in the morning--he was on top of it. We had decided to go into the dealership, so stopped him mid-sentence and said we would see him shortly. Our 5 year old son went with us and he must have heard me say my son's name on the way in, because the sales consultant (Omar) called my son by name the rest of our time in the dealership--he was very sweet with him. We were able to test drive the minivan without a sales person, which was much appreciated. Omar was quick about the entire process, which we appreciated. We opted for increasing our Scotchguard, so I brought the vehicle back the following day and they gave me a different minivan to drive, so we didn't have to wait around. Again, much appreciated. He has called several times to make sure we aren't having any problems or if we have any questions. So far, so good--this is our first dealing with Toyota and we are very pleaseed at this point. More
