Went in for a repair...... For some lugnuts to be replaced and a They replaced 4 of them but it cost 240.... And they didn't even bother to put air in the flat tire. Service on my Toyota Rav-4 I was satisfied with the actual service on my 2017 Rav-4, but was not pleased with with my attendant trying to up-sell me... tire out of alignment and I was satisfied with the actual service on my 2017 Rav-4, but was not pleased with with my attendant trying to up-sell me... tire out of alignment and flushing 2 systems. I've not experienced this nearly as much in the past. It compromises my trust with the front desk attendant. What he said my car needed was not mentioned on the invoice. I had all four tires rotated and aligned last October for $114. We've driven approx. 4,500 miles since, most of which involved a trip to Florida. We're careful and low-mileage drivers. When I showed my service attendant the invoice for the alignment last October, he responded that the back right tire was a tiny bit out of alignment, but showing no unusual wear at this time, but they'd keep an eye on it . I've been a loyal Germain customer and always had my cars serviced there. I rely on the service department being honest and trustworthy. I was very disappointed this time and uncertain about trusting recommendations from from the front service desk. Tom More

Trying times for all right now. Just keep in mind to keep loaner/rental cars clean before you give them to customers. Most people don’t care but some don’t want to get out of a clean vehicle into a dirty/mes loaner/rental cars clean before you give them to customers. Most people don’t care but some don’t want to get out of a clean vehicle into a dirty/messy loaner car. The little things matter to me personally. This is the 2nd time with a cleanliness issue with this service department. Once with my personal vehicle, once with a loaner vehicle..Take more measures to fix this please. This is my personal opinion though. Also, service and all people seem accommodating. Just missing this step somehow.. More

I went to your company oil change yesterday morning. Joe Mathias made me very uncomfortable because he didn’t keep social distance with other customers but me(the only Asian there). However,he told me that he couldn’t talk to me in person because he needs to keep the social distance. He did not discussion or explain anything with me right before I picked my car. Only thing that he He told me “Every thing is ok and just need to pay then go.” I was very sad and can’t believe it when I went home and found out the report of Toyota showed that my car's engine cooling is leaking and timing chain tension o-ring leaking. I went back to your company and show the staff that the problem of the report.I told him that I am the loyal customer and I work as registered nurse at the hospital for 5 years. I never be treated the way he did to me. I told Joe that I just want to have a safe vehicle to drive to work and home. In the end, my car was fixed next day. But, I don’t want to Joe service me in the future, thank you. More
