I was pleased with the service professional and information presented upon arrival. However, there were several items listed as fail on the service report that were not discussed. Leads me to believe the information is false or carried over from a previous visit. More

Excellent Service While Waiting I have continued to use Germain Toyota for all the service on the two Tacomas (2007 and 2014) that I purchased there.
