Car in for service Took car in for regular maintenance. Teresa suggested new spark plugs as I was overdue. Technicians found I needed brake work which I had suspected. Since the work would take 5+ hours and I had planned to wait, Teresa gave me a free rental car. When returning and checking out, I had to wait a very long time. One new person was checking out two people ahead of me and after about 20+ minutes another person came in and I checked out 2 minutes. I would have given a 5 except for that. More
