She took the time to understand what we were looking for and guided us through the options without any pressure. Melissa answered all of our questions thoroughly, making the decision-making process much easier. Additionally, the finance manager Chris, was equally outstanding. He worked with us through the payment options, and clearly explained the process we needed to go through to title the car in another state. Overall, our experience at Germaine Toyota was great. The combination of excellent customer service from both the sales and finance team made this car buying experience enjoyable. More
