Germain reputation has just hit rock bottom. Their games and deceiving sales tactics. Tell everyone never go to this dealership. Not concerned about the consumer philosophy is s3ll like He ll. No tears their worse than shark tank. They prey on seniors vulnerable like teachers ,people who are average person. They waste your time deals they will never make. All I can say heartless, corporation for profit at any cost even someone's life.
Do NOT go here they lie! We were so upfront. Thank god I didn’t let them run her credit even though it would not show anything!! So my daughter and I went into Germain based on a ad for a car they had online. We get there and that car is sold. Ok so I expected that as much normal car dealer teaser . What I did not expect was for my Daughters n my time to be wasted. We told car salesman what her monthly budget was that she had no credit yet and what we had to put down and he said they had first time buyer incentives and other incentives . I repeated so Alex your saying she can be close to that amount per month. With all the specific factors he talked to finance and said yes so we looked test drove then when it came time was shown pricing almost double what her budget was Alex stated pricing and stated like well camrys are 330 a month so a corolla would be less and closer to her monthly budget lied tooo!! Alex Swartz is the sales man finance manager Dan Mclane !
"Sales Rep Good, Finance Rep Unfair Deceptive just Wrong"
Beware of deceptive fraudulent and unfair practices by the finance reps. A service contract was deceptively added after being specifically told that no additional items that would add cost to the negotiated price were needed. Unfortunately, it was close to midnight and in good faith, I completed the documents with the expectation that nothing would be added. At a later review, it was clear the service contract was never presented for signature. The following day the Finance supervisor canceled the service contract but said the payments would remain the same since the cost would be deducted from the loan principal only. It sounded reasonable until I reviewed the contract again and noticed the term had been increased by 20 months in order to present a lower payment ad proof the unwanted warranty was removed.
Thanks to the general manager the contract was finally rewritten with the original terms and a "no contest" attitude. Beware that if these problems are not corrected for the long term it shows that this is the corporate culture encouraged or overlooked from the top.
He spent a considerable amount of time helping me with finances. What a wonderful thoughtful employee. He deserves more than 5 stars too bad your service dept. does not your manager in that dept. was very rude.

Believe or not I came for oil changed and I left , with a new 4Runner SUV .,Wow , thanks Paul Delmonte one of the best car saler I ever met in my life , Cero estress , he handled everything with the most professional way . He make u fill like you are a old friend . His job performance is way to go . I can referral his proffesional work for any guests in my business .

I only gave them one star because I have to in order to leave a review. After 4 trips to germain toyota to get a recall replacement done I am stuck paying another shop to fix what they did. They removed a lift kit off of my truck to install new leaf springs and refused to put it back on. Not only that they damaged the lift kit removing it. Now my tires almost don't fit and if I hit a bump they rub the in side of my fender. So now I have to buy replacement parts as well as pay another shop to install the lift again. Needless to say I won't be going back to this repair center.
I bought a Corolla in November 2015 and they made me sign a lot of papers and one of the papers they said that it was a guarantee for the tires and today I went there because I was having problems in two tires of mine and they simply told me they that they wouldn't change/replace the tire because there wasn't a nail in it. So I ask that when you think to buy a car never buy a car at Germain toyota because they are liars, dishonest people that dont keep there word and this type of dealer should have to be shutdown one star rating is too much for these people becaus there is no words to describe their dishonesty.
