My service agent Ann Marie is outstanding. She explains everything to me and advises me well. She has a friendly manner. Also when they first returned it to me, it had not been washed. I had to ask them to do that. When it came back from the car wash, it still had the plastic seat cover and floor mat which normally is removed. It just seemed to me that attention to detail was missing that ithad always been there before. Also, the representative who called me to make the appointment never told me of the full service that they wanted to do on my car. I wasn't alerted ahead of time that a recall service had to be done.
