From the quick, efficient check in, to the pone cal I have rated them excellent as their service is consistently customer friendly and accommodating. From the quick, efficient check in, to the pone call when it is ready, and o the shuttle service they provide. When one picks up their car, it is always clean inside and out, and the service assistant has thoroughly explained all work done on the car, answering all questions. It's obvious that the Germain Service people are well trained, and know how to provide excellent customer service as well as top work by the mechanics to resolve any problems with the car. . More

Courteous and timely Quality of Work - a 4 (hard to rate an oil change and tire rotation) would have been a five but rear trailer hitch novelty cover that apparently was broken (most likely during the car wash)--no biggie as it's a fairly inexpensive item but it kept it from being a 5 Price- 3 (average) is kind for a $97 oil change More
