Whenever he had any doubt he confirmed or expanded his knowledge by consulting others. I value that approach as too many others claim knowledge that frequently proves incomplete or inaccurate. He approached me with respect and patience and in the end I think (one really never knows) that I received good value for the price I paid. When I returned with a question about the lane departure warning he stayed with me until we made an appointment with tech support to check out the problem. In a previous lease I had the opposite response, when I came in with a question the salesman essentially seemed not to know me and offered no help so Alan's approach was definitely exceptional. More
