They provide an environment which is accommodating and relaxing; Germain Toyota of Naples, Florida is without peer when it comes to customer service. They provide an environment which is accommodating and relaxing; there are snacks/beverages, a main waiting area with a wide-screen television, and a quiet room for those of us who want to read a good book or do some computer work. In addition, the customer service specialist (Angie) who works with me on a regular basis, epitomizes Germain's continual quest for customer satisfaction; pleasant interaction and transparency of business transactions make for a rather delightful visit. More automobile dealerships should take heed of this exemplar of proper business dealings with the general public. They could learn something here. More
