Jenvier, 3) Ryan 4) Scott in finance. I had a remarkable experience this time. Great patience was afforded me to consider various options to purchase and lease. All elements were covered and I felt I was fully informed enough to make a proper decision. One can easily be overcome by all the details and say YES in a confused state. This was avoided by their patience. As an aside I really came in for just service of my 2013 Sienna but subjectivly knew what I was in for and I must say I enjoyed the "TRAP".
