I called my service advisor, Ann-Marie Roebuck, who told me to bring the car back in the next day. The service technician who did the original work found the problem, but they were not able to fix it that day. I had planned a trip for the following day, so Ann-Marie gave me a loaner for the trip. Although a mistake was made, it was quickly admitted and rectified. I am very impressed with Ann-Marie's integrity and knowledge and will remain a loyal customer. More
