We ended up with specific 2 models in the Camry, the L and the LE. Then we sat down to figure out how the cost could remain close to the payment of the trade in Corolla. I went home with an approximate cost and then my husband came with me in the evening. He spent a long time with the manager Ron Levy and they both hit it off perfectly. Ron appreciated our financial situation, and he made it happen. We bought the 2014 Camry LE. He and Matthew were awesome to us and made us feel like our personal needs were important to them. Trade in Was online looking at new Toyotas, next thing there was a phone call. I told her my car was less than 2 years old and a trade in probably was not pos Was online looking at new Toyotas, next thing there was a phone call. I told her my car was less than 2 years old and a trade in probably was not possible. She assured me that enough time had passed, and my wife and I should visit the dealership. We did just that, and Eric became our sales rep. We looked at the 2014 Highlander and Avalon vehicles, which were all we were interested in. Eric was trying to make the numbers work for us, but we discovered that any new loan payments would be higher than the one we have now. Eric asked us to look at the new redesigned RAV4. We had never been interested in that model. When he told us the many features, we decided we would at least test drive the car. Upon further research, Eric found a RAV4 Limited in Blizzard Pearl, our favorite color. While we were driving, Eric told us so many things about the car. We were amazed at his knowledge, and I must say, enthusiasm. He wasn't pushy, just friendly, and thoroughly informed about the product - very impressed. As a result, we purchased the RAV 4 Limited that day. Eric is a tremendous asset to Germain, and we wish him a long and lucrative career. One other thing I must say. We were not happy with the finance charge being imposed on our new car. We were busy signing papers with your finance person, and almost walked away from the deal when we saw what the finance charge will be. Somehow, and I still don't understand why, we signed and drove the car home.. This doesn't leave me very happy with Germain. We should have been told before the first paper was signed, what the financing would be. Of course, then we would have not made the purchase. Now, we have to try to refinance the car, and that makes my wife and I even more angry. More
