Ann-marie Roebuck took excellent care of our service needs - and even insured our car was given an excellent wash job. She uses a "no pressure " approach which we appreciated. She knew what we were looking for, a Camry, and showed us the two models we were interested in, the LE and the SE. We test drove both models. We discussed all of the issues including the price and the lifetime power train warranty. Halina wanted a no interest loan and Dalia got 0% without us even asking for it. We did not tell her we wanted it. This was Halina's big issue. Mine was the lifetime Power Train warranty. This is the best new car buying experience we have ever had. More
