He escorted me to his desk, filled out the paperwork that was needed for my service and I was out the door, got to my meeting on time. The problem was fixed and the car was ready upon my return. Very Positive Experience On May 15, 2014, I brought my 2008 Rav4 into Germain Toyota for the 60,000 mile check-up and to complete a recall that I had received in the mail . I On May 15, 2014, I brought my 2008 Rav4 into Germain Toyota for the 60,000 mile check-up and to complete a recall that I had received in the mail . I was greeted at the door and directed to Ann-Marie Roebuck whom was very welcoming and friendly. Ann-Marie completed all of the necessary paperwork and since I was going to wait for my vehicle she directed me towards the waiting room. Approximately two hours later Ann- Marie informed me that my car was ready and went over all of the work that had been completed. Ann- Marie also informed me that the part for the recall needed to be ordered and I would receive a call from Germain when the part was in so that I could make an appointment to bring my car in for repair. On June 2, 2014, I received a postcard from Germain stating that the part that was ordered was in and to call the dealership to make an appointment. When I called I spoke with Ann-Marie and she set-up an appointment for me to come in the next day. When I arrived on June 4th, just like my last visit on May 15th, I was welcomed and treated very professionally by Ann- Marie. I waited in the service area for about two hours and was very pleased by the way that Ann-Marie handled my appointment.
