WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE I WENT TO GERMAIN TOYOTA TO PURCHASE A CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER. MY APRIL 29, 2014 VISIT TO GERMAIN TOYOTA FOR RECALL SERVICE Ann Roebuck was extremely courteous during my visit for a recall notice on my 2011 Prius. While gathering information from me about my car and looking Ann Roebuck was extremely courteous during my visit for a recall notice on my 2011 Prius. While gathering information from me about my car and looking up any possible additional recalls for me, we were interrupted 6 times in 20 minutes by other employees and another 4 times by phone calls, 2 of which were from other employees. Even so, Ann politely maintained her composure and my car was serviced promptly. You should ask your employees not to bother the service writers when they have a customer with such questions as, "Have you seen Bob"? And if they must interrupt the service writers with an important question, they should at least say "please excuse me" to the customer and "thank you" to the service writer and "I am sorry for interrupting" to the customer when they are done. It is just simple courtesy toward your fellow employees AND your customers! I think EVERYONE would appreciate it. More
