Most of your sales staff, who we've dealt with, have been very pleasant and knowledgeable, especially Ralph Pietras who spent a great deal of time carefully familiarizing us with our new vehicle. Most importantly, your staff isn't pushy. They know and understand that once someone has owned a Toyota, most will continue to buy Toyota. All in all, we can say that this was the most pleasant and rewarding experience we've had at Germain. Our vehicle is so new that we are still exploring its many features.
