After two other Toyota dealers were unable to solve an on going problem with my 2008 Avalon, Germain Toyota was able to work with a technical team to diagnose, identify, and solve the problem. We pulled into Germain Toyota at 4:30 with a problem. Ann Roebuck immediately was at the door. She took all our pertinent information. Even though it was almost the closing hour, Ann and the tech(sorry I don't know his name) agreed to stay and finish the job of flushing the transmission fluid. Ann-Marie was very helpful during my visit to Germain Toyota (Naples). I just bought a Toyota Prius from a Ford Dealership. When I came in for service on this day she notified me of Two recalls that wer Toyota (Naples). I just bought a Toyota Prius from a Ford Dealership. When I came in for service on this day she notified me of Two recalls that were past due. I'm very thankful that she looked the information up for me, because Ford did not mention any recalls. The dealership was busy on that day with service calls. Some people complained about 4 hour wait times, but Ann-Marie was very nice in letting me know the status of my vehicle and keeping me comfortable. I'm sure her day was pretty crazy but she always smiled and was willing to help other. She respected her job, customers, and really cared about quality assurance with the customer. Thank you, Job Well Done!!! More
I was pleasantly surprised with the service department. The young man greeted me as I drove into the bay. He got a few bits of information and showed me to the to coffee area. Andy Citvik(sic) is the best service rep - manager I have met. I missed him last year for some reason and was thrilled to see him back to interact with customers directly.
