I don't have to wait too long, and there is a "quiet room" for me to wait in. I can read to pass the tme. The car is always clean when I get it back. I forget the name of the lady who helped me but she was magnificent, in the service department. Older, thin, petite and extremely efficient and courteous. She fit me in at the last minute. I find this attempt at customer feedback mystifying. Both GM and Toyota do the same thing. After EVERY service call, I am told by one or more employees that the rating for the individual or the dealers Both GM and Toyota do the same thing. After EVERY service call, I am told by one or more employees that the rating for the individual or the dealership has to be the best or it counts as a failure. Actually the young lady who took care of me was great and the experience was excellent, but if it wasn't I wouldn't rate it as such. Wouldn't it be better if I felt free to say the snacks were stale (they weren't) or the floor was dirty (it wasn't)? More

Fabulous first experience service with my new car's first check jup for the 5,000 mile marker! The staff was great! I knew exactly what to do the minute I pulled into the bay.
