Toyota Total Care Extended Contract/Service on my Camry I found it upsetting that my extended Total Care Contract was not on file in my records. I had to show proof of it to Arthur. Also, my car was done for awhile and was sitting in the garage. I was not called to finalize the service. I had to go to Arthur and say that I had been waiting almost two hours. He was talking with a co-worker and said "oh yes, what is your name? Yes, your car is done." There was a luncheon going on for employees and everyone was carrying plates back to their work stations. I had minimal service - tire rotation, fluid and tire check and AC filter cleaning. They did not change my synthetic oil since I was at 5,000 miles over the last oil change in 2013. The work was done well and this is the first time I have had a small problem at Germaine. Usually it is exceptionally efficient. I will continue to use Germaine and will most likely buy my next Toyota from you. This is my 4th Camry. JoanDeuch More

He immediately addressed my concerns; he made sure I was comfortable in a quiet lounge and when the mechanic servicing my vehicle found a problem with one of my tires, Mr. Ctvrtnik,s professional skills kicked in re: how he handle the situation with me. I would also like to commend Jason (Finance Manager), who provided assistance. When I returned home, I contacted my friend who recommended your dealership and thanked him.
