I don't have to wait too long, and there is a "quiet room" for me to wait in. I can read to pass the tme. The car is always clean when I get it back. I forget the name of the lady who helped me but she was magnificent, in the service department. Older, thin, petite and extremely efficient and courteous. She fit me in at the last minute.
