Great service. I wanted a specific color car with a specific option. Only one in a thousand come that way. They found it on the inbound ship and got it before anyone else could intercept it. Jan is one of the best informed sales reps I have encountered. My experience with her was excellent....I referred my son to her and he purchased a new Corolla. The only negative experience with Germain was the trade-in dept. They low-balled my trade at $7500....(I quickly sold it myself for $13,500!). They also invented "problems" with my car, which my mechanic said did not exist. I was very disappointed with this dept. It was the only thing that detracted from a very positive new car buying experience. I will refer all friends and relatives to Jan Christopher (and tell them not to bother with a trade quote). More

We did not believe that Germain Toyota in Naples could be competitive, however we were extrelmely surprised and pleased that they were able to be competitive, and be local!! This was my first new car I had ever purchased on my own and he helped make it an easy experience and also took all the stress from purchasing a new vehicle away. The XD fits all of my needs and Chris was able to get me the vehicle within my budget. I felt that the management that I worked with and especially Chris were truly wonderful. All my questions were answered and even when I wanted to add a spoiler he helped me get that as well. I am truly impressed with the whole experience and would recommend Chris to anyone who is ready for a new car. More
