We have been toyota customers for 20 years. We have always used Ft myers toyota for our buys as well as service and have been extremely happy. However recently the dealership had been sold and when we always used Ft myers toyota for our buys as well as service and have been extremely happy. However recently the dealership had been sold and when we had service to do we were always told that there was always "something else" that needed to be done other then what we brought the vehicle in for. Never had that happen before in fact they would let us know about watching out for future repairs but suggested waiting. When it was time to purchase our new car we traveled to Naples to try that dealer . WE had good service with the sale without the pressure and was confident with the bottom line without all the games. We hope the service will follow. Our salesmen was very good!!!!! More

It was a good experience and I would do it again. The only thing that I was disappointed with was I did not get the differed payments until 2011 I only received deferred payments to 10/1. The process of buying a car takes time, but it was late and the key people stayed to finalize our papers. We did buy this later in the evening and that may be the reason that the car was not washed. The back window was very dirty. A coupon for a free wash should be issued in this instance when it is very late. Overall, it was a successful experience. More
