I purchased a Rav-4 XLE from Germain. I had purchased new cars from Germain prior to this one. I always have a great experience.. Do not take your car to Germain for service! They over filled my engine with oil by 1.3 quarts and Valvoline showed me the proof. Valvoline extracts the oil from engines to a reservoirs and it s They over filled my engine with oil by 1.3 quarts and Valvoline showed me the proof. This dealership will also ignore a lot of problems with cars like noise issues or doors that won't close properly. They always say " cannot replicate" I didn't buy my car there because Germain is well known to be full of crooks. More
