Appt was for 11:30 am. Arrived 11:13 am, which was noted on the Blue Service Intake Ticket. At 12:25 I was called to the Service Area by Frank. When I voiced concern at Arrived 11:13 am, which was noted on the Blue Service Intake Ticket. At 12:25 I was called to the Service Area by Frank. When I voiced concern at the long wait, Frank said the computer showed a 12:15 arrival which was totally wrong. He tried to uncover the reason for the discrepancy but could not. He did, however, ensure that we were serviced as soon as possible. I have no complaint with Frank, he did his job. It was the Intake Rep who noted my arrival at 11:13 am, yet entered 12:15 pm into the computer, that should be taken to task. In any event I will NOT be returning to this Dealership for Service in the future. More

Al went very well from start to finish. I was greeted immediately at 0700, talked to the service rep about what would be done and the time my Highlander would be ready, was offered coffe I was greeted immediately at 0700, talked to the service rep about what would be done and the time my Highlander would be ready, was offered coffee and told me that he would get me as soon as the service was completed.
