After weeks of searching at other dealerships, and being pressured to buy a car that was not exactly what we wanted, we were unexpectantly surprised and pleased with all the associates at Germain Toyota. I explained that I was coming from 140 miles away, and so I wanted to know the "out the door" final price before making the drive. After a brief hold, he told me the price, which was much better than the cars.com price. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jose, who was very articulate, experienced with the car, and patiently answered all our questions. There was no sales pressure at all. The manager and finance associate were equally pleasant and knowledgeable. We were able to complete the transaction the same day, so we did not have to drive the distance again. I would definitely consider making the drive and purchasing from them again. More
