This last experience with Dimitri too was a great fun experience. We were hoping to get a Prius and have our car serviced and ended up buying a Crown after getting approval from the Queen via phone. No complaints about the service, just the cost. The labor was twice the estimate because they had to take off a panel that should have been included in the estimate since it is always required. Was able to get a same-day appointment; my battery was almost dead. This was amazing because it's still high season here in Southwest Florida. Anne Marie listened carefully to me, clearly communicated the mechanic's recommendations, and helped control costs by eliminating unnecessary activities, like tire rotation and an oil change because it was too early. I replaced the battery and agreed that lubricating the brake calipers may fix my squishiness problem. My decision was a direct result of Anne Marie's outstanding explanation, illustrating her words with images I could see on her computer. Because there was a line, the Finance Manager checked me out to minimize my time waiting. BEST service experience EVER! More
