The New car Dept lied to me about the New 2023 Camry's to be able to push off the older model, 2022 Camry. Was told the 2023 Camry's were not coming in until Spring of 2023, when actual they arrived in to be able to push off the older model, 2022 Camry. Was told the 2023 Camry's were not coming in until Spring of 2023, when actual they arrived in Aug 2022, one month after I purchased the 2022 Camry, the new year 2023 model arrived at Germain Toyota in Naples FL. The Finance people lied to me also about the interest rate and warranties. I refinanced the car within one month and received 3.0% less than what I got from Germain Toyota. The finance guy gave me a flash drive with all my paper work, so I could even see what I paid for everything, until I got home and discovered what I fool I was. I canceled all extended warranties which were a real rip off. I am an elderly women by her self, they had no compassion at all. Still upsets me when I think about it, the salesman lied and I believed him and lost out on one whole year, so the 2022 Camry is going to be a lot less than 2023 Camry on resell value down the road, because of greed from the salesman. I hate it and I hate them. Be careful do your home work first. YouTube you will find how not to be scammed when purchasing a new and used car. More

Signed the service request for oil change for about $69 and then was billed for $90. Although, I have a hybrid 4-cylinder that takes less oil, they charged me for the amount of oil that goes into a 6 cyli and then was billed for $90. My question for the dealership is, why would Germaine Toyota allow the original service request to be overwritten for an increased/incorrect amount for oil? I recommend nobody to visit used car department. I have never meet more rude and impolite staff. This is probably one of the worst businesses in Florida, especially when it comes to management and their business model. Money hungry, not business driven. In all cases if a business has any level of difficulty you always get to talk to management and at least see what other options you have. Plain and simple not the case at this venue. Basically if you don’t like the initial offer, there’s no further negotiations. Just a simple “we can’t make it happen”. Their appraisal process is complete garbage too. I guess they need every penny to launch deceiving commercials. I will take my business elsewhere, I just wanted the convenience to stay in Naples. Most Toyota dealerships would love to have anyone is business. Not this place. My suggestion is to train your management and associates better. More
We are still waiting, since Oct 17, for our refundable deposit to be credited back to our credit card by accounting. High pressure sales tactics when I wasn't even looking to buy. They came at me with two people trying to pressure me into accepting a lowball price for my 2019 Camry and kept trying to get me to accept highe buy. The only way they can get my business now would be if they give me $21,000 for my car $21,000 no less lower the MSRP by a couple of thousand dollars I know it can be done because it gets done all the time. I know the dealerships try and get you to accept a lowball price for your car they try and get you to accept a higher interest rate and if you're financing than a higher loan amount higher payments they try to stretch it out over 84 months which is a ridiculous amount of time to carry a car loan I am like she's supposed to come More
