This service department is terrible. The latest problem. I had a tire rotation left on my 2019 Highlander. Took the vehicle in Saturday 1/29/22. I bought new tires from Costco a few months ago. The service I had a tire rotation left on my 2019 Highlander. Took the vehicle in Saturday 1/29/22. I bought new tires from Costco a few months ago. The service guy came out and said ; “we can’t remove the wheel lugs they are too tight”. I scheduled with Costco and watched the guys remove all four wheels with NO PROBLEM!! This dealership especially the service department is terrible!! I actually called as I was watching Costco remove them with ease. Watch this dealership. I am a car guy and I actually sold my other Toyota (A Corolla). I went next door and bought a Lexus. This Germain Lexus is owned by a different brother. Do yourself a favor AND STEER AWAY from Germain Toyota!!!! More
This is the most discombobulated dealership I have ever worked with. I felt taken advantage of just so they could make a sale, I was given no choice but to do it immediately or lose the deal, 160 Point ins worked with. I felt taken advantage of just so they could make a sale, I was given no choice but to do it immediately or lose the deal, 160 Point inspection and detailing was done half xxx that the car had to go back 2 additional times with basically a zero end result. I would never recommend this dealership! The finance person told me and I quote "go on get out of here you're wasting my time", this statement was made by him based on the fact that I wouldn't buy his line of xx. More

Worst dealership ever! They only care about getting a sale and not the customer or the customer experience.It took 2 months for them to resolve something that should've been so simple.I even had to file sale and not the customer or the customer experience.It took 2 months for them to resolve something that should've been so simple.I even had to file a complaint with corporate because I literally spoke with a dozen people and no one would do their job and kept passing me around to the next. The guy Raydiel Hernandez is horrible and has poor customer service skills,curses on the phone with customers and is a complete joke and a liar. The only asset to the team is the sales manager Bryan Sparks because he actually reached out to me,answered all my questions and concerns,followed up when he said he would and had such a positive attitude. More

DISCLAIMER: I am not a tire professional and I do know what “AS IS” means. Hopefully after reading you will understand why I wrote this review. So we purchased a vehicle on 7/27/21 from GERMAIN TOYOTA B what “AS IS” means. Hopefully after reading you will understand why I wrote this review. So we purchased a vehicle on 7/27/21 from GERMAIN TOYOTA BIG LOT. It was for our new baby girl that was due on 9/3/21. It is a great van and we had a great sales experience. Then on the day that we were taking our baby home from the hospital, the tire light came on and suddenly our tire went flat. Thankfully we made it home safely. We called AAA and they came to change the tire and couldn’t find a puncture. He looked at it again and told us that we should not be driving on these tires. They had DRY ROT. I told him that we just bought the vehicle and the dealership said the tires were new. He taught me how to read the tire and said these tires were over 6 YEARS OLD! I was a little upset. So the very next day I called a few tire shops just to get a certified tire professional to tell me about the tires. I went to the pros at Tire Kingdom who are certified Michelin Tire professionals. I told the guys at the shop my story and they saw the tires and they said the same thing. They couldn’t believe that a dealership would put these tires on a car to sell. They even told me that sometimes these tires explode when driving on the highway! I even called local attorneys and Morgan and Morgan to see what I might be able to do because I had a feeling the people at GERMAIN TOYOTA BIG LOT were going to say “you bought it AS IS, and there is nothing we can do about it.” So then I finally called Brian at GERMAIN TOYOTA BIG LOT. He is the manager. I explained our situation to him and told him what the tire people said and yup, you guessed it. He said, “due to the length of time you have had the car there is nothing we can do for you.” I couldn’t believe it! We are customers and we bought from you! What happened to that “five star experience.” He didn’t even empathize. I was shocked at such a response, especially from the MANAGER of the dealership. So I write to tell you that there is nothing that can be done in my case. I just want people to know that this dealership is missing key safety factors on their inspections and some of the vehicles being sold are dangerous for consumer use. I am so thankful that we only had a flat. I wouldn’t want to imagine what would have happened if a tire would have exploded with our brand new baby girl on board. So please be careful with this dealership. If they missed something as seemingly obvious and important on our car, imagine what they are missing on other vehicles. Thank you, Patrick More
