I love it when a business tells me that they don't want my business, and that's exactly what Germain Toyota of Naples did. I went in there to trade my 2017 Tacoma on a 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro. Mason, apprais my business, and that's exactly what Germain Toyota of Naples did. I went in there to trade my 2017 Tacoma on a 2021 Tacoma TRD Pro. Mason, appraised my truck at a ridiculous valuation of $18,000 and I left pretty much disgusted. I already had an offer from CarMax to purchase the exact same truck for $23,100. Today, I actually went to CarMax to sell my truck and buy from one of Germain's competitors just up the road. After Carmax actually went over my truck, they upped their offer to $24,700. While they were valuing my truck... I found a beautiful 2021 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 and bought it. So, I believe things happen for a reason. Thank you Germain Toyota for forcing me to find a dealership that actually values me as a customer. Not only did you lose out of the sale and the trade, but I will never walk through your doors again... More

He helped me work with the leasing company and my insurance and he went out of his way to arrange for me to have upgraded safety features installed in the vehicle at my request after the sale. I highly recommend Chad to anyone looking for a professional, courteous, hard working salesman who will go out of his way to do the right thing and make sure the customer’s needs are met. More

Stopped in at 2:30 to request an offer for my used Highlander. Dimitri was the salesman who said he would be appraising my vehicle. An hour later at 3;30 I walked out and asked Dimtri to call my cell Highlander. Dimitri was the salesman who said he would be appraising my vehicle. Found them to be unprofessional and untrustworthy They are pushy and would not trust this dealer. I like Toyotas but they cam across as shady presenting horrible deals.
